Friendship

Friendship
An unspoken pact sealed the deal,
Our friendship is ever-growing.
A camaraderie strong to feel,
The bond never breaking.

Together we laugh, together we cry,
Our rapport in its own league.
Share everything, or at least we try,
We push away all fatigue.

An alliance formed at first glance,
We went from knowing to friend.
A flick, a look, then we took a chance,
To infinity and beyond being the trend.

A shoulder to lean on, or to weep,
You’re always there, always free.
Hand in hand, together we leap,
Bound for eternity, you’re always with me.
